President Signs Medal of Honor Monument Location Act

The President signed S. 858, the “Hershel ‘Woody’ Williams National Medal of Honor Monument Location Act,” into law on Thursday, September 10, 2026. The law authorizes the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation to establish a commemorative work on the National Mall.
