HCLTech and CrowdStrike announced on September 14, 2026, that they are expanding their strategic partnership by integrating CrowdStrike Falcon Guardian with HCLTech’s AI Security and Resilience services. The companies said the arrangement will bring AI security further into enterprise security operations, building on Continuous Threat Exposure Management services launched in March 2026.
Under the expanded partnership, Falcon Guardian will be combined with HCLTech’s cybersecurity advisory, AI governance, implementation and managed services delivered through the company’s Cybersecurity Fusion Centers. HCLTech and CrowdStrike said the combined offering is intended to help enterprises secure AI applications, models, agents, identities and data while improving visibility into emerging risks.
The integration will pair Falcon Guardian’s AI Detection and Response capabilities with two HCLTech offerings. The TRiBe framework addresses AI trust, risk governance and resilience, while VERITY Frontier AI Resilience is described by HCLTech as a cybersecurity operating model that continuously identifies, validates and mitigates exploitable cyber exposure across hybrid environments.
CrowdStrike Chief Business Officer Daniel Bernard said AI is becoming a new enterprise attack surface and argued that securing it requires visibility and protection wherever AI operates. Amit Jain, HCLTech’s executive vice president and global head of cybersecurity, said organizations must address both AI-powered threats and risks affecting the AI systems they deploy. The executives positioned the partnership as a way to extend CrowdStrike’s security technology through HCLTech’s global cybersecurity services.
HCLTech employs more than 223,000 people across 60 countries and provides services and products spanning AI, digital, engineering, cloud and software. The company reported consolidated revenue of $14.8 billion for the 12 months ending June 2026. CrowdStrike, which trades on Nasdaq under the symbol CRWD, provides the cloud-native Falcon platform for security across endpoints and cloud workloads, identity and data.
